Add a piece of history to your hockey collection with the Mats Sundin plaque!
The first European-born player to be drafted first overall in the NHL Entry Draft in 1989, Mats Sundin went on to a 18-year NHL career with Quebec, Toronto, and Vancouver. A native of Sweden, he would spend 11 seasons as captain of the Maple Leafs, the longest serving non-North American captain in NHL history, while becoming the first from his country to score 500 goals and record 1,000 points. Also an Olympic gold medalist in 2006, Sundin was named a 2nd Team All-Star twice and finished his career with 564 goals, the 21st best total in NHL history, along with 785 assists and 1,349 points. He was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2012.

This black & white acrylic plaque features a hand-drawn photo of Sundin and background history in both English and French. Four chrome-plated pins add both style and function, holding the piece up to display on a table-top. The piece comes in a protective presentation box to minimize breakage and increase the lifespan of your product.
